1 soft cheese – herb & garlic cream cheese/brie/goat cheese
1 hard cheese – parmigiano reggiano/cheddar/cheshire
1x Herb garlic garden
1x Rosemary pistachios
1x Sun dried apricots
Lay them on a wooden board and voila – you have a cheese platter! It’s so easy to do and it looks really impressive.

There are SO many other ways! Throw in some prunes, baguette, or even get a boxgreen snack box and use them all up!
