Sushi like you’ve never had before!

 

Prep time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients
1 large seaweed
Cooked brown rice
Cooked white rice
Veggies (cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, tomatoes)
1x Bearylicious
1x Small island pineapples

 

Directions
1. Lay a plastic sheet and place a large seaweed over
2. Start creating your layers
3. Cover up with seaweed and press firmly down
4. Slice and serve

 

Layers
1: Base – brown rice
2: Cabbage
3: Carrots
4: Small island pineapples
5: Tomatoes
6: Purple cabbage
7: Bearylicious
8: Top – white rice

 

Other ways you can enjoy it
For a bolder flavour, spread a little roasted sesame dressing and chilli flakes on the rice
