recipe: Salad Stuffed Avocado

‘5 minutes is all you need for a fancy protein packed lunch.

 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 large avocado
1 small can of tuna in lemon dressing
Handful of Argula leaves
Half a handful of corns
1 packet Nutty Knight
1 packet El Mexicano

 

Directions
1. Mix argula leaves, tuna, corns, and nutty knight
2. Half the avocado and scoop out to allow a little space in the pit.
3. Scoop salad into the avocado pit
4.
Top with el mexicano and serve
