recipe: No Bake Cheesecake Pops
“Now you can have your cheesecake with no calorie regrets!”
Makes about 15 cheesecake pops
1 cup reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese
1 packet goji berries and cream granola
1 packet bearylicious
1 packet amazing amaranth cluster
1 packet aprecano
1. Mix the cream cheese and blue cheese in a bowl
2. Shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls, and stick a pretzel stick into each one
3. Roll them with the granola and serve
4. For a firmer texture, refrigerate for 2 hours
Other ways you can enjoy it
If blue cheese is too strong for you, replace it with Brie cheese and combine it with some chives and herbs.
