Liu sha bao!

OUR RATING: SO – SO!

Oh, it’s so-so?

It earned the SO-SO rating rather than MEH because there’s still some protein (4g) in it. OK, I know I know, it’s soooo yummy, but if you have it all the time, my goodness the cholesterol and saturated fat are going to be swimming in your body! Have it as a well-deserved dessert or TGIF (but I don’t mean every Friday)!

Calories in 1 pau: 189 calories

Healthier alternatives:

Red bean pau, lian yong pau or yam pau
